Home Ed
Drop Off Sessions
Home Ed sessions are for 5-14 year olds, running on Mondays during term time from 9.30-14.30.
During our sessions your children will have the time and space to explore, discover, play and reflect. Because forest school has a child led ethos at its core, participants are able to learn at their own pace. Through close observation we can tailor experiences to reflect and nurture individuals skills, interests and play. Participants can choose to learn new skills or develop existing ones, with ropes, campfires, woodland craft, tree climbing, nature connection, tool work, storytelling, shelter building, dens and games.

Adult Woodland relaxation,
Yoga and Wellbeing
Yoga has many benefits including increased flexibility, building stronger muscles and healthy joints, and even improving your posture. Yoga exercises can increase your serotonin levels which sets the body’s internal clock and regulates metabolism. This effect has been found to be boosted by moving outdoors, so yoga in the forest can have double the benefits for you! Summer is a great time to try out new activities in nature and the forest provides an ideal setting for slower-paced exercises like yoga and relaxation. You will also benefit from being outside as sunshine is the body’s main way of synthesising vitamin D. What better way to finish your experience than relaxing round the fire, swinging in a hammock or just taking in the natural beauty of your surroundings.
